Working closely with the Managing Director and Head of Risk & Governance, Burhan ensures that operational excellence, compliance, and innovation remain tightly aligned to the firm’s long-term strategic objectives.

He has led diverse digital and delivery teams across Australia and South Asia, managing complex projects that integrate data, design, and strategy to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

 

Burhan’s background spans digital transformation, process automation, and customer experience design. His experience implementing scalable systems and leading cross-functional teams has equipped him with a deep understanding of how to align people, technology, and process toward a shared vision.
